What is VMS and do I need it? +
VMS (Verification Management System) is the FRCS system that all VAT-registered businesses in Fiji must use to fiscalise their invoices. DynamixPOS is fully integrated — every sale is automatically submitted to FRCS with no extra steps from you.
Do I need to buy any special hardware? +
No. DynamixPOS is a web-based system that works on any computer, tablet, or smartphone. You just need a standard thermal receipt printer and an internet connection. No special fiscal hardware is required.
How do I get my FRCS PFX certificate? +
You apply for your VMS certificate directly from FRCS. Once approved, you receive a PFX file and a PAC code. You upload these into DynamixPOS's Certificate Settings page and you're ready to go. We provide step-by-step guidance throughout the process.
Can I use DynamixPOS for multiple shops? +
Yes. The Growth plan supports 2 warehouses and the Enterprise plan supports unlimited stores and warehouses. Each store has its own inventory, staff, and reports, all managed from one central account.
